Mass Meso Cycle

It's Sunday 3rd June and I'm on day 6 of my mass meso cycle at Dax Moy's Personal Training Studio.

I've just completed my workout and although extremely hard, I feel fantastic!

As I've kinda jumped the gun abit I feel the need to fill you in on what exactly I'm going on about.

As a Senior Weight Management coach at Dax Moy's Personal Training Studios in London,we have to practice what we preach and truly believe that before it goes out to the public, we have to try it ourselves.

So I decided to try Dax's Mass Meso cycle for 28 days with only two days off.

As a former UK althetics coach and althlete myself I have to say that this really is the most intense workout I've ever done.

Within 6 days....so far I have put on over 4lbs of muslce!

Now over the years I have lost over a stone in muslce so there is a form of muscle memory going on but even so, a massive increase over only 6 days.

I'll keep you posted on how I am doing ...... If I'm able to type tomorrow!!!!!
